- notices served under Part I of the Housing Act 2004 such as Improvement Notices, Prohibition Orders, Emergency Prohibition Orders and Emergency Remedial action
- notices served under other relevant legislation covering areas such as drainage, statutory nuisance and pest infestations
- action for non compliance with HMO management regulations
- action for non compliance with Property licensing conditions
- Service of Civil Penalty Notices and successful completion of prosecutions for non compliance with the above matters
- Inspection and auditing of licensing conditions within licensed properties
- We have developed an extensive knowledge base and network through many years’ experience working with a wide variety of partners both within the local authority setting (Trading Standards, Planning, Building Control, Street Numbering, Council Tax, Housing Benefits/Needs, Social Services) and outside (Fire Brigade, Police, contractors)
- We are familiar with the various licensing schemes in operation across London and beyond and what councils individual requirements are from landlords and agents
- We are familiar with the systems councils use to process licence applications and how they operate
- We will provide you with a first class service and keep you updated on your application and will ensure any communication or additional requirements from the local authority are passed onto you directly
- We will provide you with open and honest feedback on your property including a list of all matters that are likely to lead to non compliance with either the licence conditions or any subsequent inspection of the property by the local authority
