We will meet with you initially and advise you of the requirements and the information we need from you to proceed
We will submit an application for a property licence on your behalf including submission of the relevant documents and certificates and any other paperwork and payment of the fees
We will act as the point of contact with the local authority throughout the application process from start to issue of the final licence
We will make representations on your behalf should you be unhappy with the draft licence

Our service fees are: £700+VAT for a Mandatory, Additional or S257 HMO and £300+VAT for a Selective licence application
Disclaimer
We require payment in full of the council’s licensing fees prior to making the application.
We will invoice you our service fees at the point that the application is approved by the local authority
We will only make representations on your behalf if they are viable i.e. likely to be approved and will advise you on the likelihood of this beforehand
Our service fees for the application service are based on our hourly rate of £50ph excluding VAT. Should your application take longer than the maximum amount (6 hours for a Selective and 14 hours for Additional, Mandatory and S257 HMO) we will apply additional charges based on this rate.
It is your responsibility for acting upon any recommendations we provide following a compliance inspection
The advice we provide is based on consideration of local authority conditions and standards, LACORS fire safety guidance and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
We do not accept any liability for enforcement action taken by the local authority against you if you have omitted certain information, been dishonest about certain matters on your application or not followed our recommendations following the compliance inspection
